Otilia (real name Otilia Brumă, born June 13, 1992, Suceava, Romania) is a Romanian singer. The style that Otilia approaches is dance, reggaetton and latino. The success of Otilia is mainly due to the "Bilionera" piece, which garnered more than 70 million views on Youtube (almost 200 million on all Youtube channels), and has positioned itself on the radio charts in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, other countries. Otilia is the third Romanian artist, after INNA ("Hot") and Alexandra Stan ("Saxobeat") who has made international debut since debut.

Even the young man discovered his talent for music, and the first to notice was the music teacher from the "Ştefan cel Mare" National College in Suceava, and he also launched it.  He was 17 years old when he worked at an Antena 1 station in Suceava. Her first name was Bijue, but after several songs released and another soloist stole his name, preferring not to enter a scandal, in the summer of 2013 she is called "Otilia" and released until the fall 2015 another 9 new tracks. They are called "Bilionera", "Aventura", "French Kiss", "Russian Dream", "On Fire", "Love or not", "Amor Real", "Somebody to love".

The musical success with the Bilionera piece, as well as the details of his personal life, also gives Otiliei Brumă the notoriety in Romania, taking the head of posters in the most important tabloids in the country like Libertatea, Click !, Cancan, Realitatea, WoWbiz etc. Or being invited to national TV channels precm Channel D, Antena 1, Antena Stars etc.

Another success story of Otilia Brumă was Adventure. In this single, composed by the same successful team behind the "Bilionera" hit, Otilia sings about the intense experience of the last few months due to success on a sensual pop-dance rhythm full of energy. The Avenura was also very successful in Poland, ranking first in the national radios of that country, such as Eska Fm and RMX MAXXX.

Among the pieces sung in Romanian, Otilia is remarkable by the one called "Love or No". With a suggestive title, the play is a love story inspired by the artist's personal experiences. As Otilia says, the play tells the struggle within her to decide between happiness and materialism. She thinks that most of the same age girls face similar problems, and through this song she tried to find herself. Otherwise, the artist's question in the end being "Are you what I want or do not?"The play Love or was not translated into Spanish and French.
